It turns out, the Miss Universe 2018 titleholder did her own makeup for the pageant.
Catriona revealed on Instagram: "Did my own glam for @missuniverse and super proud of how it came out." She looked absolutely stunning with her ~*sultry*~ makeup look. Prepping is key to a flawless base. Before doing her makeup, Catriona used a brightening toner and serum from Cetaphil. She then applied a tinted lip oil from Strokes. And to make her makeup last all night, she used a ~hydrating~ primer from Milk Makeup.

If you're looking for a *budge-proof* eyeliner, Catriona swears by Make Up For Ever's Aqua Resist Liner In Graphite. "I love this because it does not budge and it's really a true black," she gushed.
