In an interview with PEP.ph on May 21, 2024, the actress admitted that undergoing breast augmentation surgery slipped her mind. She even confessed that there were moments when she felt jealous of those with fuller chests that complimented side books, playfully saying, "Sana all!"
"To be honest, nag-slip siya sa head ko, Should I? Kasi I remember before, they were telling me, ‘You should have your breasts done. Like, 'Really?" the actress added.
Despite contemplating it, Lovi stood firm in her belief that she wouldn't be easily swayed. She stated that she has always been someone who doesn't care about conforming to others' expectations.
"So what if I'm like this? [Yung] stubborn talaga ako. And I think it helped me a lot [the mindset]. I don't know kung saan ko nakuha yung mindset na yun," the actress iterated.
Furthermore, the actress emphasized that she is thankful she did not undergo breast augmentation surgery. She mentioned that she's too "paranoid to do anything like that" and believes that her decision has allowed her to fully embrace her features, giving her the freedom to wear anything she likes.
"But then, thankful ako, kasi now, parang I just realized na parang what makes you different, what makes unique, it's gonna make you stand out. It's gonna make you shine," Lovi highlighted.

"I remember before when I was starting, I was told I was never gonna make it because I was dark-skinned," Lovi opened up. "I was never gonna make it because I am flat-chested. Yung mga ganoon," she further added.
Lovi is proud that the naysayers did not stop her from doing great in show business. She said that as long as you do your job well and take care of yourself, things will come into their place so there is no reason to put yourself down.
