For the first time ever, Barbie collaborated with a Filipino beauty brand—and it's officially out in the market. Lovely Causemetics released their Barbie x Lovely Causemetics Limited Edition Collection and we got first dibs on the 14-piece collection during their launch last March 15. And let me tell you, it truly gave us the Barbie vibes we all know and love—from then until now!
Lovely Causemetics CEO and founder Lovely Geniston even told us that she couldn't believe she received an email from Mattel for a collaboration. But staying true to the theme "Born to Lead," Lovely took the challenge head-on. What a true Barbie girl!

What's In The Barbie x Lovely Causemetics Limited Edition Collection?
Lovely Causemetics def took it up a notch by incorporating Barbie’s signature color in their packaging, as opposed to their usual sleek and minimalist branding. The combination of pink and silver reminded everyone of the makeup we had when we were kids. Only this time, they're real and come in beautiful shades of wearable pinks, browns, and reds.
Watery Glowy Tint
ICYDK, Lovely Causemetics first launched their brand with lip tints. So of course this collection would include the Water Glowy Tint—in six brand new shades at that!
The product claims to be moisture-filled and hydrating, have a long-lasting stain and give a blurred lip texture with a lightweight and non-sticky feel. It also comes with a metal applicator, with a curvature that hugs your lips with each application. It retails for P488.
