This latest drop from Romand is described as a "dewy, sheer tint" that's a hybrid between a balm and a lipstick—you get the best of both worlds with this product. Its formula softly melts onto the lips, leaving you with a sheer wash of color that also imparts a light stain.
In case you're wondering: It's different from the Romand Glasting Melting Balm, though they do look like they work the same way. The Tinted Sheer Stick is a balm-slash-lippie hybrid with sheer pigment and thinner consistency, while the Glasting Melting Balm is a mix between a balm and a gloss with a thicker texture. The more you know!
