After sharing her beauty secrets with Vogue and Harper's Bazaar, Kelsey Merritt has been tapped by another international title to share her makeup skills—but with an exciting twist. In a video with Elle, the Filipina Victoria's Secret model shopped at Sephora and was tasked to create a full face of makeup with a budget of $150 (P7,914). That's not all: She had a time limit of 30 minutes to shop for products and create the look! Now that's a challenge!
