These days, more and more celebs are becoming more open about getting cosmetic procedures. Recently, Xyriel Manabat revealed that she got a nose job. The Gen Z star posted photos of her makeover on Instagram, and she looked great!
While many of her fans complimented her beauty in the comments section, some people have been pointing out the changes in her features, assuming that Xyriel had undergone other cosmetic procedures.
"Eyelids, rhino? lip fillers. Jaw reduction? Ang ganda ng gawa," one wrote.
Although she doesn't owe anyone an explanation (getting beauty enhancements is a personal choice, after all), the actress decided to respond to netizens to clear things out.
She replied, "Nose lang po."
"HAHA anong nose lang eh buong face mo nag iba. Wala naman masamang umamin, cyst. Lol," another commenter said.
"What's the point of denying po? It's something to be proud of," Xyriel responded. "I'm being honest and transparent. Ofc whole po magbabago kasi nasa center po ng face ang nose and may nadadamay at maapektuhan po talga na part ng face kaya magbabago po talaga whole face."
Another basher wrote, "Masabi lang na honest nose lang daw. takpan mo ung nose. iba na ung mata."
Xyriel then clarified that she has been doing her makeup differently ever since she got plastic surgery. "I'm trying to improve how I apply my makeup so its possible po na manibago talaga kayo sa face ko that's just how cosmetic/makeups work also im learning my facial features so I can apply the right type of makeup but im still experimenting po soooo in short make up ho yan kaya ho nagbago."
In an interview with PEP.ph, the Gen Z star set the record straight once and for all: "[Rhinoplasty] lang po [emoji] Super daming speculations na nagpa-lips daw po ako jaw eyes eyelid and browlift HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH Nose lang po [emoji]"
She also revealed that she underwent Buccal Fat Removal. According to Cleveland Clinic, buccal fat is the fat between your cheeks and your cheekbones. The goal of this cosmetic procedure is to "thin the cheeks", creating a slimmer appearance.
