Aicelle Santos is asking the public for help amid a medical emergency in their family.
On September 15, 2022, Thursday, the Kapuso singer-actress appealed for financial aid as her mother, Leonila Santos, remains in a coma for three weeks after suffering a cardiac arrest. On her IG page, Aicelle shared a link to a fundraising campaign page that her brother, Aaron, started.
"We humbly ask for your support in our fight to keep our mom alive," Aicelle wrote in her post.
"Mommy remains on a mechanical ventilator in the ICU and has not regained consciousness since her cardiac arrest three weeks ago," she added. "Kindly take time to read our GoFundMe page to know more about our story."
Aicelle first asked for prayers for her mom on August 23, who was then already in critical condition.
In an IG post on September 6, she wrote a letter to her mom, sharing how they are patiently waiting for the day she awakes from her coma.
"We miss you, Ma! Gising ka na po!"
