Heads up, chingus—everyone's *new* favorite sageuk K-drama will have a one-week break.
On August 4, a representative from Alchemy Souls announced that the series would go on a hiatus next week. Episodes 15 and 16 will still air this weekend (August 6 and 7) but episodes 17 and 18 (August 13 and 14) will be rescheduled "to enhance the level of completion for the second half."
Instead of airing two episodes next week, tvN will be releasing a highlight broadcast about the drama's plot on August 13 and a special broadcast with the cast members on August 14.
