Unless you’ve been living under a rock, then you probably heard of all the romantic rumors plaguing Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo—following several sightings of them getting *cozy* with each other. ICYMI, the Kapuso actor was invited to not just one but two of Kathryn's birthday parties—one in Palawan and another during a surprise post-birthday celebration.
Alden Richards speaks up on alleged romance with Kathryn Bernardo
In Preview’s In Focus feature featuring Alden, he spoke up more about his connection with the blockbuster star. "The friendship never ended. Naging solid din talaga yung samahan naming lahat [when we were filming]. And right now, I'm just quite overwhelmed," he shares.
"Whatever is happening between Kath and I, I really want it to be personal."

Is a sequel to Hello, Love, Goodbye in the works?
What he did keep mum about, though, is the talks of a possible sequel of their film Hello, Love, Goodbye, leaving eager fans hanging. After all, the film catapulted Alden into box office star status, with the movie once regarded as the highest-grossing film in the country before Rewind came.
With all the success of his one-time pairing with Kath, Alden looks back at the whole enterprise with humility. "Hindi pa ako nakakagawa ng ganoon karaming movies before Hello, Love, Goodbye. Kathryn has done a lot of blockbuster films already [by that time]. I had none of that.
"Yung kaba ko was abot langit to the moon and back. What if mag-fail? It was really a make-or-break [moment] for me," he says.
Thankfully, the film was the hit project that it was, bringing him a lot of positives. "I was actually surprised [with] how people reacted to [us]," Alden says. "I don't want to be the first person to say a lot of things about it, but I'm glad that it's being received well."
