Aww, Alexa Ilacad just admitted that she's hoping for love team partner KD Estrada to be her *endgame*.
In a recent interview with ABS-CBN News, the 23-year-old actress shared that the goal for her love team with KD is to turn from reel to real. "I know of love teams na nagkatuluyan, nag pamilya. Marian and Dingdong [is the] number one in my mind. Ako, siyempre, 'yun ang goal sana," she noted. Kilig!
Alexa is also aware of the public's perception regarding love teams and how it can be seen as "limiting" to some actors. However, she says that is not the case for her and KD.
"Love teams are very helpful to anyone's career. Thankfully, management is open to love teams exploring individually. So they don't necessarily need to break up or end, but we can pursue other things," she shared.
KD echoed Alexa's sentiments, sharing that people are more accepting now of actors in love teams who pursue solo projects. "Maybe in a few months, we can do projects together, then solo. It is for the growth of partnership," he noted.
When the time comes for KD's solo projects, Alexa said that she'll do nothing but support her partner in his endeavors.
"Whatever happens in this career, I would love to pursue whatever he is passionate about." Cute!
While Alexa and KD have yet to really divulge the *true* status of their relationship, KD shared in an interview last year that he has been courting Alexa for the past two years they've been paired up. "Nagliligawan with a goal... with a long-term goal," he noted.
