Unfortunately, fans did not appreciate Alora after she attempted to make a light moment out of the breakup, with KathNiel fans tagging her post as "insensitive."
In a now-deleted post, Alora wrote, "December 1: Philippine National Shot Puno Day." It came with a meme of her and Kathryn supposedly planning to get some drinks to ease the heartbreak.

Alora is one of Kathryn's closest friends. She has been present in Kath's recent milestones and special occasions as well.
In 2021, Alora called Kathryn her "Christmas savior" after the latter invited her to spend a spectacular Christmas Eve together. "I was okay being alone on Christmas day. Pero sabi niya 'wag...
