Love and romance are in order this February, but breakups? We hope not. However, some eagle-eyed people on the Internet have noticed another celebrity couple who seemed to have unfollowed each other on Instagram. The couple in question: Andi Eigenmann and Philmar Alipayo.
OK, yes, we know Instagram's following isn't an absolute indication of relationships these days. But it's intriguing enough to see couples—engaged, at that—without any social media connection with each other. Add to this the fact that Andi herself has posted a cryptic post on her Instagram recently.
On February 7, 2025, Andi wrote on her Instagram Story: "I just found out it's the year of the snake!! I thought it was the year of the wolf in sheep's clothing!"
Andi's IG Story came two weeks after her last post that included Philmar in it. The post was about their son, Koa's 4th birthday. She shared a video of her and her surfer fiancé Philmar riding a motorcycle.
Andi wrote in the caption, "What life looked like the past week, sorta!
Koa's 4th birthday with his favorite pasta (& snax), catching some waves with @chepoxz and these little rippers, some journaling, Paris and Nicole's eggs keepin on comin', cute @mangoelectric.ph strolls with papa and Zuma, doggies day out, and lotsa rain lately."
She even posted another video of some family surf time afterwards. Tagging Philmar's Instagram account (@chepoxz), Andi captioned, "Fun family surf practice with our surf coach papa @chepoxz."

The actress and the professional surfer began dating in 2018. Throughout the years, they became a modern family, parenting three adorable children namely, Ellie (Andi's daughter with Jake Ejercito), Lilo, and Koa. The two built their family life in Siargao, where they embraced the island life.
In 2020, Andi announced her engagement to Philmar. "I never thought about how my engagement would go because quite honestly, I didn't think I'd have one. It would've been ok regardless, but it did happen. And it happened the way I wanted it and so much more. Nothing grand. Unprompted, simple, and oh so sincere," she wrote in her announcement post.
Although the couple haven't shared any definite wedding plans since their engagement, Andi spoke about postponing it last 2024 following the sudden passing of her mother, Jaclyn Jose.
In an April 2024 chat with the media, Andi openly talked about her upcoming wedding with Philmar. Back then, she disclosed their decision to postpone the marriage ceremony to focus on some matters for a while. "Honestly, we wanted to get married this year (2024). But under these circumstances, we just decided to wait it out a bit. Para kay Nanay sana 'yun," she stated.
