Heads up, Pandas (Apink's fandom name)!
Apink's Bomi and Chorong are forming a unit and releasing their first album in July!
The duo will debut under the name "ChoBom" which not only combines their names but also means "early spring" in Korean. This marks the first time Apink members formed a unit since their debut.
On June 13, Apink's management company IST Entertainment shared the exciting news to Korean news outlets, saying, "As this is Apink's first unit album release, we are working hard to prepare to meet fans with new charm and high-quality music, so please look forward to it."
In February 2022, Apink released their fourth studio album Horn with the lead single "Dilemma." Shortly after, it was announced that member Son Na Eun is leaving the group to promote more as an actress.
Apink debuted in 2011 and is most known for the hit songs "Mr. Chu", "No No No", and "Dumhdurum." To celebrate their 11th anniversary, the group dropped the digital single "I Want You To Be Happy."
