HYBE Founder Bang Si Hyuk (also known as Bang PD) warmly welcomes Miyawaki Sakura and Kim Chae Won to his entertainment company!
Last month, Source Music—a subsidiary under HYBE Labels—announced that the two former IZ*ONE members have signed a contract with them and will make their debut "as the first girl group launched through the cooperation of HYBE and Source Music." ICYDK, HYBE acquired Source Music in 2019.


Following the good news, Bang PD shared photos of him with Sakura and Chae Won and they're too cute for words! He tagged them in the post which he captioned with: "Welcome!"
Bang PD established HYBE (formerly known as Big Hit Entertainment) in 2005. He's the mastermind behind the record-breaking group, BTS. In July 2021, Bang PD stepped down from his position as CEO and is now the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He also plans to focus on music production.
As for Sakura and Chae Won, the two were members of IZ*ONE, the group formed through the survival show Produce 48. They officially disbanded in April last year, and fans anticipated the members' next projects.
