Just in case you haven't heard yet: The first K-pop concert in Manila since the pandemic started will be happening this weekend! CDM Entertainment, one of the prominent local organizers of concerts and fan meetings in the Philippines, will be bringing NCT Dream, SHINee's Key, WEi, and Alice to Manila for the Begin Again: K-pop Edition concert on Sunday, May 29, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
K-pop stans, are you excited? If you've already purchased your concert tickets, it's time to prepare for the event! Get your lightsticks and banners ready. Open your closet and pick your OOTDs. And practice the fan chants for your favorite groups!

- ALICE
The only girl group in the lineup, ALICE has seven members namely EJ, Do-A, Chae Jeong, Yeon Je, Yuk Yung, So Hee, and Ka Rin. Originally a five-membered group, they debuted under the name ELRIS on June 1, 2017, but later added two additional members (EJ and Chae Jeong) on February 12, 2020. They also transferred entertainment companies in 2021 from Hunus Entertainment to IOK Company where they eventually rebranded to the current group name, ALICE.

The emotional lyrics fit the group's journey in the K-pop industry. Their fans, BLRIS, would probably be a little teary-eyed if ALICE performs this song onstage.

ADVERTISMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW ↓The youngest group in the lineup, WEi, consists of six members namely Jang Dae Hyeon, Kim Dong Han, Yoo Yong Ha, Kim Yo Han, Kang Seok Hwa, and Kim Jun Seo. They debuted on October 5, 2020, with their first EP titled Identity: First Sight and the title track, "Twilight." Before coming together as WEi, the members had various experiences in reality survival shows like Produce 101, YG Treasure Box, Under Nineteen, and Produce X 101. Most of the members have also debuted in their own K-pop groups before: Dong Han in JBJ, Dae Hyeon in Rainz, Yong Ha and Jun Seo in 1the9, and Yo Han in X1. WEi is definitely a powerhouse group to keep your eye on!
(WEi) 'Too Bad' M/VLast March, WEi released their fourth EP titled Love Pt. 1: First Love with the title track, "Too Bad." It's a refreshing and bright song that will keep you smiling from start to end. The rap parts are also really good and will keep you wanting for more!

Debuting on May 22, 2008, and being active in the industry for 14 years, Key has explored different fields in the entertainment industry. - NCT Dream
NCT Dream is the third sub-unit of the K-pop boy group NCT. It has seven members namely Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung. They debuted on August 24, 2016 with their debut single, "Chewing Gum." NCT Dream initially had an admission-graduation system where members who reach 20 years old would leave. However, SM Entertainment terminated this system in 2020 to the delight of fans.

Their first studio album, Hot Sauce, sold over 1.71 million copies during pre-orders alone. NCT Dream has also participated in different shows and concerts since their debut.
