In an interview with ABS-CBN, Bela detailed how she met her new boyfriend, Norman Ben Bay, and it was none other than in St. Gallen. "We met in St. Gallen in 2017 while we were shooting the movie Meet Me In St. Gallen," the Kapamilya actress shared. Bela also said they became ~closer~ when she spent the holidays with him in Switzerland: "Pero nung holiday season nasa Switzerland pa ako. Tapos I think yung nagpa-close sa amin ni Norman was he told me na, people shouldn't be alone 'pag holiday season. So I spent the holidays in their place."
Earlier this month, Bela introduced Norman on Instagram when they met up in Cappadocia, Turkey. Bela happened to be there to do an ocular for an upcoming film. The couple is in a long-distance relationship, but this doesn't faze them 'cause they understand the world's current situation: "Technically parang lahat ng tao LDR so hindi kami masyadong nafe-feel bad if we don't see each other, kasi no one is seeing each other at the moment."
