While Belle was talking to the crowd for her segment at the event in Davao City, a random guy suddenly ran to Belle. They were in the middle of the basketball court when Belle was caught off-guard by the fan's actions. The fan was holding a bouquet of flowers for Belle and asked for a photo with the actress.
A video uploaded on TikTok recorded the turn of events. Even though she was surprised, Belle was smiling throughout the sudden commotion onstage. One marshall tried to talk to the guy at first but he asked the marshall to move away from them. So there was Belle, agreeing to have a selfie with a fan. After a few snaps, Belle was about to move away from the fan—which is normal after taking a selfie—but the guy held her by the arm to take more photos with her.
That was the ultimate cue for several security marshalls to immediately surround Belle and the guy. While everyone thought the fan would leave after the picture-taking, he wanted to do another thing. He aimed to give Belle the bouquet he prepared and talk to her for a little while. It looked like they were all negotiating for the fan to leave the court, but the fan insisted on taking more photos with Belle—this time as she held the bouquet.
Raised and trained as a performer, the show must go on for Belle. So right after the fan went away, Belle exclaimed, "Meron pa akong pasabog for you, guys. Are you ready?!" She didn't leave the stage, nor did she take a break after her shocking encounter with the fan. Belle was very calm about what happened and focused on what she had to do for the event.

They clarified that the fan reportedly has an intellectual disability and is supposedly known for asking for photos with his idols. "I know this guy. He's from our place. He has special needs. Nagpapa-picture talaga yan sa mga artista lalo na if idol niya. He has good intentions naman and Belle just handled him well. There's no need for securities kasi matatakot lang sya. Once he's done, umaalis naman yan," one commenter explained.
