ARMY, it's a beautiful day to be alive: BTS just launched their personal Instagram accounts and we are screaming!
A few hours ago, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook surprised their fans with their own IG accounts. These were first seen on the group's IG handle which follows all seven of them. The members' accounts are verified by Instagram soooooo yes, they're *official.*
Now that they have their individual handles, this means that we'll get to see more behind-the-scene pics and a glimpse of their daily lives!
Here are BTS' personal Instagram accounts:
1. RM - @rkive
We see what you did there, RM! Like the genius that he is, RM went for @rkive for his IG username (it's also the name of his personal recording studio). His bio? "just an archive." *wink* Here's RM's first post where he's found ~Namjooning~:
2. Jin - @jin
Our worldwide handsome (who just released his birthday song, btw) chose his stage name for his UN! Jin's first upload is his *iconic* Squid Game-inspired outfit from their Permission To Dance On Stage - LA concert. Cute!
3. Suga - @agustd
ICYDK, Agust D is Suga's other stage name (his real name is Min Yoongi)! Although both names sing of dreams and hope, the former represents his raw side, which he revealed in an interview with Time Magazine. For his first IG post, he shared a scenic view—just Suga being Suga!
4. J-Hope - @uarmyhope
Sunshine coming through! J-Hope's IG handle is a ~stylized~ version of "You are my hope," which he would often say when he introduces himself (the full intro: "I'm your hope, you're my hope, I'm J-Hope). It looks like Hobi loves using frames because his two IG posts have them!
5. Jimin - @j.m
Jimin's UN is short and sweet, and is the initials of his first name. Our mochi wowed everyone with his first pic on IG, a gorgeous photo of him in black and white. With or without colors, his pics are always stunning, right? Breathe if you agree.
6. V - @thv
What does "thv" stand for, you ask? My ~theory~ is that it's Taehyung (his real name) + V (his stage name) = so it's @thv! V has uploaded three photos so far and one of them had me floored. I mean:
7. Jungkook - @abcdefghi__lmnopqrstuvwxyz
Think Jungkook's UN is a random keyboard smash? Nope—it's actually a witty take on his nickname. If you look closely, the only letters missing are J and K so...that's the golden maknae for you! ;) Jungkook's first IG post is a photo of the sea, while the second one is a pic of him in the SoFi Stadium.
In other news, BTS will be extending their vacation to spend more time with their families, according to Big Hit Music. Yay!
