Celeste Cortesi, who was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2022, went on record to say that she's got a new project to keep her busy, so her pageant life might just have to take the backseat for now. The 26-year-old beauty queen got candid recently on social media about her latest career move. 

Celeste Cortesi Is Currently Focused On Her Business, Asul

Being a true queen, Celeste stayed tuned to the Miss Grand International competition. She shared her thoughts live on X (formerly Twitter) as 68 contestants battled it out for the ultimate prize.

She went all out in cheering on Miss Grand International Philippines CJ Opiaza, who won first runner-up. Miss Grand International India Rachel Gupta bagged this year's crown.

Celeste also got real on social media as she responded to a comment that said the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 should try her luck at Miss Grand International. ICYDK, Celeste previously also won Miss Earth Philippines 2018 and placed eighth at Miss Earth 2018. Reposting the fan's tweet saying that the Miss Grand International competition is waiting for her, Celeste replied, "I'll sell Asul for now," along with a blue heart and laughing emojis.

Asul is Celeste's lip care brand that she launched just this month. The hero product is a Hydrating Lip Plumper, which has a hybrid formula that hydrates, smoothens, and plumps the lips. 

She furthered that she will focus on Asul while supporting the current crop of beauty queens. Celeste even gave a shoutout to Miss Universe Philippines 2024 Chelsea Manalo, who'll be competing for the crown on November 16 in Mexico. "I know how much you guys want to see me compete again, but for now I'm really focused on running my business, Asul. I’m happy cheering for our girls sa sidelines. Next stop, Chelsea," she posted on X (formerly Twitter).
