Or is this a sign of romance brewing right under noses? (Thankfully, though, I know you get what we're trying to pull off here, LOL.)
Seriously speaking, Chace seems to be soft launching his close relationship with the Filipino-American model on IG. That's why, again, our casual lurking and scrolling through Instagram was filled with excitement.
No kidding—we were stoked to see Chace as the top commenter on one of Kelsey's latest IG posts. This might be the first time that Chace publicly interacted with Kelsey after their dating rumors broke the Internet earlier this year.
"We need to talk to you about your car's extended warranty," the 39-year-old American actor wrote, referring to the meme that pokes fun at the rampant scam calls trying to trick people into renewing their car warranties in the late 2000s. It's kinda fitting since Kelsey posted a series of photos featuring a Chanel bag and a chic white convertible. It's also probably why Chace saw it as the perfect chance to make a meme reference. We've connected the two dots! *wink*
Did Kelsey reply to Chace, though? Unfortunately, not yet. But we did see a couple of followers supporting the rumored couple. "Laban Pilipinas," a commenter said, LMAO.

Okay, some might say that we should never jump to conclusions. But when 28-year-old supermodel Kelsey was seen together with the well-loved golden boy of the trendsetting 2000s TV series, Gossip Girl, Chace—what's there to think of?
In January 2025, photos of Chace and Kelsey circulated online. The pics simply showed the two in their most casual and comfy 'fits while holding coffee cups. TBH, it just looked like two people who went out for their morning coffee run or something. However, it was unusual for Kelsey and Chace to be together—and so the speculations quickly started.
Both international and local media reported the news which got everyone thrilled. ('Coz, c'mon, Chace Crawford dating Kelsey Merritt? Stoked is an understatement.) Days and weeks passed, Kelsey and Chace kept mum about the rumors, leaving everyone in suspense.

The coffee run pics added more kindle to the fire, since fans were already intrigued after noticing that the two started following each other on IG in 2024.
And in case you need more bits into this Kelsey-Chace saga, the two reportedly had matching Instagram Stories on New Year's, resulting in the public asking if they rang in the new year together.
