Facts first: there's nothing wrong with getting enhancements on your face, your body, or even both. Remember, your body, your rules. But as for Chloe San Jose, she's one proud girl about the fact that she hasn't done any enhancements on her face.
That's something that Chloe didn't hesitate to disclose on her Facebook account. After posting a couple of her childhood pics for a trend, some online users flocked to her comments section commenting on how cute she was when she was younger. There was one person who respectfully asked if she ever did some enhancement on her nose.
The question read, "Nagpagawa ka po ba ng nose? Curious lang. 'Dun sa mga baby pic mo same kayo ng nose ng baby ko. Umaasa ako na tatangos pa ilong niya." As we can see, it was a comment out of concern for the OP's baby. But also, the same way that there's nothing wrong with surgical enhancements, there's also nothing wrong with a flat nose!
Chloe responded to the question denying any plastic surgery not just for her nose, but also all other parts of her body. "Nope, I've never gotten my nose or anything done—IT'S ALL NATURAL," she emphasized.
She even shared her thoughts on why her nose turned out prettily now that she's older. "I think nakuha lang sa kakapisil when I was younger, haha." She was referring to the act of pinching one's nose, especially on babies, since it was believed to have a lasting impact on the person's nose.
In the succeeding comments, Chloe continued sharing that her parents would usually use clothespins or sipit, so that her nose would stay pointed. "Sinisipit pa dati 'yung ilong ko dati ng pang-ipit ng damit para daw tumangos, and here we are," Chloe wrote.

The Internet reacts to Chloe San Jose's childhood pics
People from the Internet had mixed reactions about Chloe's childhood pics. Others adored Chloe's cute toddler pics. Some said, "Pretty baby," "Cute Chloe," and "Edi ikaw na paborito ni Lord mhie," because of how adorable she looked in the snaps.
But then there are those who still doubted that her face is "all natural" as Chloe had claimed. Other commenters noted, "Aminin mo na kasi. Nagpa-retoke ka ng ilong. Hindi naman siguro foreigner lago [mo] para matangos ilong mo."
A day after she posted the childhood snaps, Chloe also uploaded a video of her pinching her nose in all ways possible—trying to prove that she did not have a nose job or any plastic surgery done for it to look that good. She captioned the video, "sayang naman 'tong retoke ko, nalamutak na."
Chloe was introduced to the public as two-time Olympic gold winner Carlos Yulo's girlfriend this year. The two have been dating since 2021.
