Chris Hemsworth's Been Cast As A Receptionist In The Female Ghostbusters

Chris Hemsworth is the latest big name to join the new Ghostbusters.

Director Paul Feig announced the casting on Twitter.

Chris joins new Ghostbusters group Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones in the reboot with a twist.

Feig also recently shrugged off complaints from sexist critics surrounding the female-led film, calling it "misogyny" from "the haters...This is the downside of the Internet."

Ghostbusters is currently scheduled to open on July 22, 2016.

Can we suggest Chris sticks with his Aussie accent for this role pretty please?
