Wearing classy and elegant fits, Coco Martin and Julia Montes were spotted ~*holding hands*~ while walking down the red carpet.
ABS-CBN Ball 2023's special correspondent Gretchen Fullido did not hold back and quipped, "Is this your main launch?" The shy couple responded with smiles and laughter.
With the tagline "Forever Grateful," the couple expressed their happiness and gratitude to take part in this year's ABS-CBN Ball. It is also the first ball that ABS-CBN has organized since the COVID pandemic began in 2020.
"We're good and happy. Kasi eto nagsama-sama tayo ngayon after a long time," Julia told Gretchen.
While Coco extended his love and appreciation to their workmates and all the people behind every success the network overcame through the past four years. "Hanggang ngayon nandito tayo nagsasama-sama para patunayan yung pagmamahalan yung pagkaka-isa na hanggang ngayon lumalaban pa rin."
Coco sees the event as an opportunity for the Kapamilya stars to be together as one again and to express their endless gratitude to everyone.
"Nagpapasalamat ako na may trabaho pa rin tayo. Marami pa ring trabaho mga kasamahan natin sa industriya. Ito yung panahon para makapagpasalamat tayo sa ibang network, sa lahat ng tumulong satin," Coco added.
One of the event's hosts, Bianca Gonzalez couldn't help but gush over Coco and Julia's holding hands moment at the red carpet. "Kinikilig ako. Holding hands!" Bianca remarked.
When asked for the reason for the long-awaited confirmation of their relationship status, Coco stated their preference of keeping things low-key.
"Basta kami, hindi naman na kaming mga bata. Kung ano ‘yung nakikita at iniisip ng mga tao, ‘yun na ‘yun. Mas masarap ‘yung pakiramdam na pribado ang buhay namin, tahimik. Walang mga issue. Ito, masaya kami," Coco explained.
