It all started in 2018 with our OG Cosmo Cam Crew. These six women featured in our videos and attended events, and paved the way for a second batch of six fun-loving Cosmo Cam Crew girls in 2019.
The fam grew to include *22 girls* in 2020, and rebranded as the first-ever Cosmo Vibe Tribe. The Cosmo Vibe Tribe became 25 members strong in 2021, and a new squad of 25 emerged in 2022, covering content from pop culture and lifestyle, to fashion and beauty.
In 2023, we had 15 *super cool* members of the CVT. So this 2024, we're looking for more fun-loving, fearless, and forward Pinay content creators to join the team!
Cosmo Vibe Tribe 2024 - Requirements And Application Process
Requirements
A Cosmo Vibe Tribe member must accomplish three main criteria. The first is she captures the Cosmopolitan brand. She is fun-loving, fearless, forward-thinking, empowering, and inclusive.
Secondly, she has to have that It Factor. All CVT members act as Cosmo brand representatives when they attend events on our behalf, so if you feel confident in engaging with various groups of people, that's plus points for you. We're looking for innovative creators that can brainstorm content that stands out from the crowd.
Lastly, Follower Count. You must have at least 5,000 followers on both your Instagram and TikTok accounts in order to apply.
Mechanics
The 2024 application to be a Cosmo Vibe Tribe member is open to to 18-30 year old Cosmo Girls willing to travel to Metro Manila for the duration of the campaign. The application period will run from Friday, February 23 until Wednesday, March 6, after which we will reveal the official Cosmo Vibe Tribe 2024.
Application Process
If you think you're the perfect fit, then here are the steps you need to follow in order to apply:
- Register through the Google Form. All applicants must answer this Google Form created by Clout+. Then get ready to join Cosmo Content Creation Challenge/s!
- Shortlisting. The Cosmo Team will shortlist 30 from the entries for an initial go-see. Shortlisted participants who passed all three requirements and our data-driven evaluation will receive instructions via email for the next steps.
- In-Person Go-See. The top 30 will then attend our Go-See in person, to meet and be evaluated by the Cosmo editors and the Clout+ team.
- Become a Finalist. The top 15 successful applicants will be announced as the official Cosmo Vibe Tribe 2024!
