Daniel Padilla just subtly addressed swirling speculations about him and Kathryn Bernardo.
On November 10, Friday, the actor shushed all those whispers about him and Kathryn calling it quits when he showed his support for the young superstar’s much-talked about cover for fashion publishing brand, Preview.
In classic Daniel style, he shared on his IG story Kathryn's behind-the-scenes video for her Preview cover. Daniel also liked the post, before reposting it with a fun cat emoji: he clearly understood the cat reference in the cover shoot!

Earlier this week, the KathNiel fandom called out Ogie Diaz after he started a rumor mill about Daniel Padilla secretly dating another homegrown ABS-CBN actress Andrea Brillantes. While the talent manager and entertainment journalist explicitly said nothing was confirmed, word got around that KathNiel was on the rocks.
~Anyway~ we’re happy to see Daniel supporting Kathryn’s latest cover stint, because it shows he’s on board with Kathryn leaving her comfort zone.
Preview Leads Kathryn Bernardo In Her New Era
Preview’s November 2023 cover is Kathryn’s most daring yet, and offers a striking duality: one frame freezes Kath in a moment of raw vulnerability, while the other exudes a scream of self-affirmation. Accompanying the visuals is a compelling tagline, "Good Girl Gone Bad.

Captured by the lens of Charisma Lico, Kathryn strikes a fierce pose wearing nothing but a striking red heart bra from Filipino designer brand Randolf and Alexander Wang trousers.
Marj Ramos-Clemente, Preview's Editor-in-Chief, sheds light on the concept behind the covers, stating, "Society has always imposed this pressure on Kath to be the proverbial good girl. She's had to deal with these impossible standards growing up. But now well into adulthood, Kath has learned to live her most authentic self and break free from that 'good girl' archetype.”
In the cover story, Kathryn delves into her journey of self-discovery and how she liberated herself from the shackles of societal expectations. The 27-year-old actress shares, "I feel like mas kilala ko na sarili ko, so I don't have to please everybody. I just do things that make me happy. Nung tumanda ako, I [no longer] think of the pressure of being a ‘good girl,’ because I don't want to be good just because I have to be good. I don't want to lose myself."
