Case in point: David Licauco, who was captured being a bit unfriendly to a fan who asked to take his picture. In a now-viral TikTok video, a fan was spotted approaching David for a picture. David accommodated but was visibly tired and unenthusiastic about the act.

The said video was posted on X (former Twitter), with a netizen calling David out and throwing shade at him. “Singit yarn? Galing umacting? May blockbuster? Bwak bwak bwak.”

David saw the post, but instead of losing his cool, he had the chillest response, airing his side of the story. “May sakit ako niyan beh tapos 1am na yan hehe sorry po. Bawi ako next time ha,” he wrote back.
In the thread, other netizens supported David, saying fans should be more understanding of celebrities as human beings. Further, they also attested to the actor's good character.
