Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano’s highly anticipated big-screen comeback An Inconvenient Love is *finally* showing in cinemas next month! It centers on Manny (Donny Pangilinan) and Ayef’s (Belle Mariano) love story that gets a little too ~complicated~ when dreams, careers, and the struggles of adulting are thrown into the mix.
One of the main highlights of the film is the characters’ struggle to balance love and career. When asked if the Gen Z love team can relate to the roles they’re portraying, however, Donny and Belle believe that both can go hand-in-hand.
“I don’t think you have to choose, I think you can live the best of both worlds,” says Belle during the film’s grand media launch. “Kasi if a person truly loves you, they’ll allow you to grow and reach those dreams with you.”
“Hindi naman kailangang pumili lagi if love, life, or career. At the end of the day, malalaman mo sa sarili mo na parang may kulang,” Donny adds.
The two admit that this movie is different from their previous projects, such as He’s Into Her and Love Is Color Blind. For An Inconvenient Love, we will definitely see a more mature and *grown-up* DonBelle.
