Two years after their dreamy wedding celebration in Bataan, it looks like Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna are ready for the next step.
In an interview with Pep.ph, Derek opened up about trying to add a member to their growing family. “Sumusubok na. Sumusubok na. Natanggal na niya yung IUD so we're trying, so hopefully by the end of the year.”
ICYDK, an IUD is a small device inserted into a woman’s uterus to prevent pregnancy. IUD stands for “intrauterine device”; it is sometimes also referred to as an IUC, or intrauterine contraceptive.
In another report, Ellen revealed they are hoping for a baby girl. "Yeah, this year, this year na. Well, sana girl para tapos na ang boxing, kasi we both have boy and we only want one na lang," she said.
"I always wanted a girl, but whatever. Basta healthy," she added, saying that she’s not closing any doors on her baby’s gender.
“Dragon baby kaya kailangang manganak ako after February 10 [next year] para year of the Dragon, so, naka-schedule 'yan,” Ellen further shared.
Two years after tying the knot, though, it seems like Derek and Ellen haven’t left the honeymoon phase. “Nothing has changed in our relationship. We‘re still discovering new things about each other, pero I’m sure I made the right decision,” Derek said.
