Although Joshua Garcia prefers to keep his love life private, netizens have definitely kept tabs on Pinay-French golfer Emilienne Vigier once they began their ~*adorable*~ exchanges on Instagram.
The two have spent some time traveling together in 2023, and we're curious if they've got 2024 plans. However, now that Emilienne has been posting more freely about her and Josh on Insta, it's time to get to know the athlete (and baker!) better.

1. She has a French passport.
Born Emilienne Luciana Gabrielle T. Vigier to her dad, Francois Vigier and her mom, Luciana T. Vigier, Emilienne is a dual passport holder: French and Filipino!
Emilienne enjoyed a childhood full of travels, and she seems particularly close to her dad—she's posted several Father's Day greetings on Insta: in 2019, 2020, and more recently in 2022! Calling him "the kindest and sweetest human being on earth" and her "best friend," she promised to "forever take care of you, whatever it takes."

2. She has a younger sibling.
She has a younger brother named Louis, who she absolutely *adores*. He turned 17 on September 21, 2023, and Emilienne posted a lengthy, emotional birthday greeting on Instagram.
"Ate loves you so much, alam na alam mo Yan. Thank you for being you and for being by my side regardless of whatever happens...You mean the world to me. Pls stop growing, my heart is awie fr. Louis, walang iwanan ah sasampalin kita jk I love you happy birthday enjoy your day Louis ko!!!!!!!!!!"

3. She is a Gemini.
Emilienne was born on June 10, 1998 and turned 25 in 2023! As the Twins, Gemini are tough to pin down. They can multitask like a pro, and throw themselves a hundred per cent into anything that’s fun. Gemini partners are imaginative and curious, and spontaneity rules their lives.

4. She's petite but fiesty.

5. She is a College of Saint Benilde alumna!
Emilienne attended the Lycée Français de Manille (aka French International School Manila), a school that teaches in both French and English. She took up the French curriculum, according to her January 2021 vlog.
She then spent a year at Enderun College before transferring to De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. She graduated with a degree in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs in 2021.

6. She is a professional golfer.
Emilienne started playing golf when she was quite young, and has joined numerous tournaments. She's currently part of the women's golf team of Taylormade, an American sports equipment manufacturing company based in California.

In her down time, Emilienne stays fit by working out up to six times a week, calling it her "daily habit." She also learned to freedive in April 2023!
7. Emilienne enjoys baking.
She has an online bakery called Luciana's Maison Bakery, which opened its doors in November 2019. They sell classic chocolate chip cookies, revel bars, cinnamon rolls and breads, and other delectable treats. Fun fact: Emilienne named the store after her mom. Aww!

8. She has a YouTube channel.
"A french filipina girl sharing the things that she likes to do on video," is how Emilienne describes her YouTube channel. Launched in 2017, she only has one video uploaded as of writing, but it's an interesting one: an 11-minute interview-style documentary entitled "Heroes Unmasked," featuring her classmates from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and several professionals.
9. Emilienne is a dog mom.
Emilienne often shares pictures of her fur babies on social media. She even created a separate IG account just for her @goldenmamalife! "Dog mom of 4 goldens & 1 mixed Pom, Noah (6), Thomas (3), Remy & Snoopy bros (1.5) & Pomie (5)" she described herself.

Fun fact: After scrolling her Insta, we learned that Thomas' full name is actually "Tommy (Shelby... in dog form)". A reference to Cillian Murphy's character Thomas "Tommy" Shelby from Peaky Blinders, perhaps?
According to Emilienne, Noah's son Snoopy "wins the kindest dog award. Never barks, doesn’t need a leash to be walked, always wants to sleep next to me, doesn’t bite… Mas ksp lang." LOL!

10. Emilienne has several tattoos!
We're not sure exactly how many pieces she's got inked, but we love the decorative half-sleeve on Emilienne's left shoulder and forearm! Based on this shot taken by @portraits.byty in August, we see several floral motifs, and what looks like a swallow (or another small bird).
Emilienne also shared this workout selfie in July 2023, and the athlete has a creeping vine tattoo twisted around her right ankle.
