On Instagram, Erwan and Anne published a collaborative post of them together enjoying a huge feast at Keng Eng Kee Seafood, a restaurant in Singapore. "Marked safe," the caption read with a white flag emoji.
In the comments section, Erwan made a decisive statement about how he and Anne keep things private—despite being one of the most recognizable real-life showbiz couples.
Erwan writes, "Anne and I have never really posted much about each other online, it's just how we are. We don't feel the need to prove anything to anyone. But everyone has to work on being less gullible online, information can be weaponised. This wasn't a big deal, but imagine its something that has real word repercussions. Just because something has lots of views, doesn't make it real. Take a Facebook detox."
The statement comes after weeks of speculation over Erwan's and Anne's marriage online. The trending rumors have spun so out of control that it even alleged that Anne's sister, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, is a third party in the marriage.
