In February, Star Cinema announced that a prequel for the hit film Four Sisters And A Wedding (2013) was in the works! Four Sisters And A Wedding tells the story of the Salazar sisters who reunite and work together to stop the wedding of their "baby" brother, played by Enchong Dee. Four Sisters Before The Wedding, meanwhile, will show us Teddie (Toni Gonzaga), Bobbie (Bea Alonzo), Alex (Angel Locsin), and Gabbie (Shaina Magdayao) during their teenage years as they experience their first loves and heartbreaks.
Here, let's get to know the cast a little better:
Charlie Dizon (Teddie)

24-year-old Charlie Dizon played the role of Marikit in Bagani (2018), her first-ever teleserye! She also had supporting roles in the films Loving In Tandem (2017) and Seven Sundays (2017). Before pursuing her acting career, Charlie trained for a K-pop girl group in Korea. She is also starring in a film called Fan Girl opposite Paulo Avelino, where she plays a high schooler who finds herself in a mansion with her idol and "learns exactly why they say never meet your heroes."
Alexa Ilacad (Bobbie)

20-year-old Alexa Ilacad recently played spoiled rich *villain* Luna in The Killer Bride! A former Goin' Bulilit star, Alexa starred in the teen-oriented series Luv U (2013), teleseryes such as Bagito (2014 to 2015) and The Good Son (2017 to 2018), and different Maalaala Mo Kaya episodes. Her latest film is the 2019 horror flick Santigwar.
Gillian Vicencio (Alex)

We last saw Gillian Vicencio in Eerie (2019). For her first movie, 19-year-old Gillian played the role of a ghost named Erika! She also starred in the action-drama iWant series Kargo (2019), which follows a woman and her granddaughter "as they dispose of a dead body."

Belle Mariano (Gabbie)

Belle Mariano, now 18, is also a Goin' Bulilit alum! She has played the younger versions of key female characters in Juan Dela Cruz (2013), Pasion De Amor (2016), and Bagani (2018). Belle also had supporting roles in the JoshLia film Love You To The Stars And Back (2017) and the KathNiel TV series La Luna Sangre (2017).
Four Sisters Before The Wedding will be available for streaming online starting December 11 via KTX.ph, iWantTFC, TFC IPTV, Cignal PPV, and Sky Cable pay-per-view. It will also be shown in selected cinemas. You can watch the film's first trailer here.
