Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin are set on having their very own identity in the vast entertainment industry. The two Gen Z stars are also known as the love team FranSeth. They have been working together as a love team since 2019.
The two have successfully showcased their romantic charm as a love team in several projects already. Now, they are set to embark on another milestone as they are about to top-bill their very first film together.
With FranSeth's career flourishing, comments about them becoming the next KathNiel couldn't get past their radar. KathNiel is the love team consisting of celebrity A-listers and former couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla.
In a press conference, Francine and Seth directly addressed comparisons made between FranSeth and KathNiel. According to Seth, they can never replace what KathNiel offered to the entertainment industry. However, he noted that KathNiel will always be an inspiration to FranSeth.
"Hindi namin mapapalitan ang KathNiel. Hindi po namin mapapalitan. Siguro po, gusto namin makilala as FranSeth. Gusto namin marating kung ano yung marating nila. Pero hindi para palitan," he strongly stated.
Francine echoed Seth's sentiments adding how important it is for them to be known not as someone who succeeded or followed KathNIiel, but as FranSeth themselves."'Yun lang naman din yung masasagot ko, kasi hindi naman po talaga namin kayang palitan ang KathNiel. Kasi-ibang iba po talaga kung papano sila naging successful," she said.
The actress added, "Ulitin ko lang din po. Kami po ni Seth, gusto namin makilala as ourselves as FranSeth, and 'yun po."

The local showbiz is not new to love team partners becoming real-life couples, and FranSeth is not exempted from getting intrigued about it. Since 2019, the two are deemed to have actually turned reel-to-real.
But when asked about the real score between the two of them, Seth does not have a *direct* response for it. But, the 21-year-old actor admitted that he's not dismissing the possibility of having a real relationship with Francine. At this point, Seth says, he's just keeping it real just for work.
"Hindi po malabong umabot po sa punto na ganoon, pero sa ngayon po, sasabihin ko lang, ayoko rin po magsalita nang patapos. Ayoko rin naman magmukhang masyadong nagpapakilig. Sa totoo lang po, tayo, nandoon po ako sa punto na priority ko po muna yung pelikula," Seth explained.
Seth firmly clarified that there's no pressure whatsoever about starting a relationship with his love team partner. "Hindi ko pine-pressure ang sarili kong maging karelasyon si Francine dahil, unang-una, lagi kong sinasabi, nirerespeto ko po yung magulang ni Francine," he declared.
In the end, Seth assured that time will come when both of them can directly respond to inquiries about their romantic endeavors. "Darating ang panahon na yung tanong na 'yan, masasagot po namin nang diretso. Sa ngayon po talaga, hindi po namin kayang sagutin nang diretso," Seth respectfully concluded.
