Gabbi Garcia believes in second chances—except if the other person is a cheater.

In a tell-all interview with Luis Manzano, Gabbi shared various life moments and insights that she learned throughout her career in showbiz. But one of the things that Luis also asked the 25-year-old Kapuso actress was her take on second chances.

Would she be willing to give someone a second chance? For her, everyone deserves a second chance. "Parang feeling ko, everybody's entitled to a second chance, may it be relationship, or friendships, or workmates... parang oo, kasi lahat naman tayo nagkakamali," she told Luis.

However, she has one exception about it. Hypothetically speaking, she says, if anyone at all cheated on her, she'd never give another chance for that person, ever again. "Feeling ko kasi once you're capable of cheating then you are capable of cheating no matter what. Nako baka ma-bash ako," she expressed in between her nervous laughs.

"Opinion ko lang naman ito. Parang ang hirap kasi mag-trust uli kung ganoon. Kung nakaya niya the first time, paano mo masasabi na hindi niya magagawa the second time? Although people change. This is just my opinion. If it happens to me lang, siguro hindi na (for second chance.)" Gabbi explained.

Gabbi is in a relationship with fellow Kapuso actor, Khalil Ramos. The two have been together since 2017. Their dynamic and strong relationship through the years led Luis to ask Gabbi if she's now just waiting for Khalil to pop the question about marriage. However, Gabbi chose not to answer the question.

Well, aside from her relationship, Luis and Gabbi also talked about her early days in the entertainment industry. She took the chance to refute claims that her showbiz journey came easy.

"Common notion ng mga tao sa akin, parang I got it easy sa pagpasok sa showbiz kasi bigla na lang akong nag-appear out of nowhere. So akala nila may koneskyon, may ganyan, pero hindi talaga," Gabbi noted.

She recounted the times when she even had to look for the cheapest outfits for her tapings when she was just a rookie actress. Gabbi referred to those moments as her "birth pains."

"Naalala ko pa nga dati, tinatiyaga pa namin ni mommy pumunta sa department stores, 'yung mga mura lang talaga, bibili kami ng mga sale. Kasi birth pains. Mangongolekta ka ng mga pang-taping mo. Birth pains talaga," she shared.

Looking back, Gabbi had no regrets doing everything she could to get where she is today. She says that all the ups and downs she endured while starting out in the entertainment industry have taught her the value of humility and determination. "That also kept me grounded until now, kasi it wasn't really easy for me," Gabbi stated.
