Some amazing news: Gong Hyo Jin and Kevin Oh have officially tied the knot!
The South Korean actress confirmed their marriage in a social media upload on October 13, 2022, Thursday.
"JUST MARRIED!" Hyo Jin wrote in an IG post, featuring a photo of their clasped hands wearing matching wedding rings and wristwatches. Aww.
It was in April 2022 when sports outlet Sports Chosun reported that Hyo Jin and Kevin would be getting wed this year. Hyo Jin confirmed her relationship with Kevin through her management agency, SOOP.
In August 2022, Kevin first spoke about their wedding on IG.
"Two years ago, I met a girl," he wrote. "Our love was full—yes, daunting at times—but we proved to each other...that we need each other. In her, I've met my best friend for life, my soulmate. And soon, I'll be able to call her my wife. This fall, we'll be getting married quietly in my hometown."
The couple was confirmed by SOOP to be in the Big Apple to start "a new chapter of their lives together." Soompi earlier reported that they would be having an intimate wedding.
Hyo Jin has appeared in projects such as It's Okay, That's Love, When The Camellia Blooms, and she's set to work with Lee Min Ho in the space series Ask The Stars.
Kevin, meanwhile, won the Korean talent show Superstar K7. He's behind the official soundtracks of K-dramas like Chicago Typewriter, D.P., and Snowdrop.
