Yesterday, on January 22, 2021, actress Han So Hee allegedly had difficulty breathing and fainted while shooting for her upcoming drama Undercover (aka Nemesis). Korean news outlets Sports Chosun and Soompi have reported that she was then rushed to the emergency room for treatment.
According to Han So Hee’s agency 9ato Entertainment, she "suffered a minor injury while filming an action scene. For the actress' safety, filming was halted, and she was taken to the hospital for examination and treatment of her injury."
The agency adds that the A World of Married Couple star is currently "resting and recovering,” also stating that “the situation is not serious enough to warrant concern."
The upcoming Netflix drama Undercover is said to be an "action noir series" where Han So Hee’s character seeks revenge for her father’s death. She plays opposite Ahn Bo Hyun, who is best known for playing Jang Geun Won in Itaewon Class.
As of this writing, there is still no release date for the K-drama series.
