Did you know that the Aspin community has its own president? And it's apparently Heart Evangelista's beloved fur baby, Panda. Shockingly, we found out that Panda has an Instagram account and she has been very vocal about things.
Panda wrote a sassy clapback (ofc it was probably written by Heart too, LOL) to unnamed individuals, which she said had looked down on her breed, aspin. "Anong walang breed???! Mas may breeding pa ako sa Inyo ha. Loka mga to. Hello sa mga kasali sa Aspin Society Elite," Panda's caption also included a series of hashtags that read: #wagako, #aspinsociety, #presidentpanda, #notodiscrimination.
Then came Heart's passionate reply to her fur baby. "#AspinSocietyELITE of the Elite !! Go anak. Mind your vocab. Sayang Ang masters degree." The fashion star even invited a certain Yoda for high tea.
Panda's followers expressed support for the dog's advocacy through the post. An Internet user wrote, "Tell 'em Panda, 'I can buy you and your friends!'" Another also said, "Yung mas mayaman pa si Panda kesa sa mga staff ng "pet-friendly" restau na yun!!! [insert laughing emoji]"

Heart Evangelista reacts to an incident where an Aspin was denied access to a restaurant
ICYMI, Yoda is the fur baby of the hour, actually. There was a viral post on September 8, 2024, that piqued the feelings of most fur parents all over the Internet. Yoda's fur mom posted about their experience at Balay Dako, a restaurant in Tagaytay City.
Knowing that the resto is pet-friendly—and since it wasn't their first time to visit the restaurant—they confidently lined up to eat there. After minutes of waiting, the family was met with a disappointing response. "Ano pong breed niya?" a restaurant staff asked the fur mom, insinuating that it was actually a factor of whether they would accept Yoda inside their premises. This was the question after the restaurant argued that they only accept medium-sized dogs—which Yoda falls under, by the way.
After discussing with the restaurant staff about their policy, the fur mom claimed that the management couldn't really defend why they denied Yoda's access to eat inside their resto. They questioned whether there really was a posted guideline of the sizes and weights of the pets they will accept inside their restaurant, or whether they are into "breeds" aside from Aspin.
A part of Yoda's fur mom's statement read, "So what's clear to me is that THEY DECIDE. They'll decide based on what your dog looks like. And then they'll let you know just like that. [...] TLDR: Balay Dako is NOT pet-friendly to big dogs or Aspins. Don't bother going."
