Herlene Budol finished as first runner-up at the Binibining Pilipinas 2022 coronation night held in July this year. Though she wasn’t able to take home the crown, the beauty queen says that she’s still proud of herself for doing her best. “Hindi mo na kailangang maghangad pa ng ibang bagay na hindi ibinigay sa’yo, baka hindi para sa’yo yun,” she shared.
Instagram/herlene_budolHerlene is currently gearing up for the upcoming Miss Planet International 2022 competition that will be held in Uganda on November 19. However, she says that it *might* be her last pageant.
“Hindi na po ako sasali talaga ng Binibining Pilipinas, closed na po yun talaga, sure na po ako,” she revealed. “Sa [Miss] Planet International na rin po siguro yung last [pageant] ko.”
The vlogger will be focusing on preparations for her upcoming drama, which will start filming in October. “Mag-a-acting workshop na ako! […] Sana may madagdag sa knowledge ko about sa pag-acting. Kasi gagalingan ko talaga, kasi first lead role ko ito.”
