Ivana Brings The Family To Pampanga For Mother's Day
Guess who is a fan of Ivana's vlogs? Momma Fatima, of course! Ivana mentioned how her mom wanted to also go on a provincial adventure as her daughter did in a previous vlog. Ivana and her siblings got to it as they took their mother to Gemwell Adventure Resort in Pampanga.
Before the activities commenced, Ivana packed bundles of cash—amounting to two million pesos—inside a suitcase for her mom. She said, "Kasi syempre, guys, kailangan talaga nating suklian ang kabutihan ng ating mga ina. Hindi ko sinasabi na magbigay kayo ng ilang milyon or whatever. Kung paano po kayo magmahal, kung ano ang malapit sa puso. Make sure to make your mom feel special today, everyday, kasi habang andito sila sa ating mundo dapat talaga pinapahalgahan nation sila at iniigatan natin sila. At kung ano yung care na ibigay natin noong tayo ay bata ay suklian naman natin sila."
The vlog went on to show how Ivana and her family spent the day fishing in the resort's pond, as momma Fatima wanted to fish for dinner. Ivana then set up a game for her mother where every fish she caught would have a cash equivalent. In a bowl, they placed folded paper strips with varying amounts written on them—from PHP1,000 to PHP500,000. After fishing, Ivana said that her mother should pick randomly from the bowl to find out how much each fish she got would cost, not knowing that Ivana switched out the papers. Momma Fatima picked out a piece of paper that said two million pesos!
Ivana and her siblings gave their mom the following gifts: shoes, flowers, and a suitcase containing the money. Upon seeing the cash, momma Fatima teared up and slowly thanked her children.
Toward the end of the video, Ivana said, "And 'yung pagbabalik ng pagmamahal sa ina, walang katumbas 'yun. So whether 10 thousand, five thousand, kung anong galing sa puso niyo pero syempre si Mama kasi nandun siya nung walang-wala ako, nung hindi ako nakukuha sa mga pag-aartista."
