Sooo a few days ago, Chris Pratt wandered on over to Instagram to post a thirst trap of himself at the gym. And because of the aforementioned thirst, he was holding a water bottle. Unfortunately, it was a plastic water bottle, which we can all agree is terrible for the environment! So Jason Momoa hopped into his comments to check him, writing, "Bro I love you but WTF on the water bottle. No single-use plastic. Come on.”
Come through, Aquaman!
Naturally, the comment blew up, and apparently, Jason felt bad about calling Chris out in public, so he hit Instagram with a thoughtful apology.
"BRO you know my children and I are madly in love with you and I love everything you do," he wrote. "I'm sorry this was received so badly today I didn't mean for that to happen. I'm just very passionate about this single-use plastic epidemic. The plastic water bottles have to stop, I hope you make a reusable water bottle for Amazon so we all can purchase. You're an inspiration to many [and] I'm one of them. I'll send you a case of MANANALU. All my Aloha, Da Momoa's."
It doesn't look like Chris has responded just yet (lol, awk), but stay tuned—and here's to hoping he invests in a reusable water bottle, amirite?
