Jennica Garcia is one happy mom right now knowing that she can well provide for her kids—whenever and whatever they want.
The 35-year-old mom and Saving Grace star happily shared in an interview with MJ Marfori that she recently moved to a new home with her kids, Athena Mori and Alexis Severina. The wonderful thing about is that it is such an upgrade from their past house!
"Nakalipat na kami ng mga anak ko. So from a studio type unit, talaga naman, naka-two bedroom unit [na kami] at hindi 'dun nagtatapos 'yun! May hagdan! Loft ba ang tawag 'dun?" Jennica disclosed.
It was already a big feat for her because it was something that her daughters requested—and without hesitation, she gave it. "Pinapapili ko kasi sila. Actually, iba sana 'yung gusto ko na unit. Meron kasing three-bedroom na pareho lang 'yung price ng rent," she recalled.
So it was a matter of choosing between more rooms for their house or a staircase, LOL. "Pero 'nung nakita 'yung hagdan, sabi nila, 'Nanay, gusto namin ng may hagdan,' Gusto niyo hagdan? Ibigay ang hagdan," Jennica declared.

Jennica Garcia's acting career
Everybody knows that Jennica is the daughter of veteran actress, Jean Garcia. But for the most part, it wasn't an easy pass for Jennica to get into the showbiz industry. Her milestones at this point are all the results of her hard work and dedication to her craft.
After starting her career sometime in 2006, she drifted through the industry until she married fellow actor Alwyn Uytingco in 2014. He's the father of Jennica's two kids. In May 2021, Jennica confirmed their separation, with the two kids left under her care.

There's no doubt that being a single mom has its difficulties, especially when it comes to finances. Thankfully, she bagged a role in the hit TV series by Dreamscape Entertainment, Dirty Linen. But it didn't start as it should be.
"Gusto ko man sabihin na… Masarap man lumabas sa bibig na 'I was handpicked for this role,' hindi po talaga yun yung nangyari," she shares in a 2023 interview talking about how she landed her role in Dirty Linen.
She revealed at the time that she really went out of her way to ask the late Dreamscape head Deo Endrinal if any roles were open for her. She even noted that she was ready to fly abroad to be an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) just so she could provide for her family.
"I sent a [message] to sir Deo asking for work. Naisip ko, 'Sige ito na, kakapalan ko na yung mukha ko.' Kasi dalawa po yung anak ko. Naisip ko na rin po noon na, 'Sige okay lang, kapag hindi ako nabigyan, mag-o-OFW na lang ako," Jennica shared.
Now, Jennica is doing well as she starred in several groundbreaking projects since Dirty Linen. Recently, she was also part of the drama, Saving Grace alongside Sharon Cuneta, Julia Montes, Sam Milby, and more.
