Jericho Rosales is reuniting with Siargao director Paul Soriano for a new movie with acclaimed writer-director Lav Diaz. Paul posted a photo of their dinner meeting with the hashtag #Freedom, which could be the title of the film.
Kim Jones, fashion star and Jericho’s wife, “crashed” the meeting and was excited to meet Lav. The award-winning director is known for long narrative movies like the eight-hour Hele Sa Hiwagang Hapis, which starred Piolo Pascual and John Lloyd Cruz.
Jericho’s most recent projects are the upcoming short film Manhid and last year’s The Girl In The Orange Dress. He and Paul worked together in the 2017 movie Siargao, which also starred Erich Gonzales and Jasmine Curtis-Smith. We can’t wait to find out more about their new movie!
