Soon-to-be-parents Jessy Mendiola and Luis Manzano have shared a glimpse of Baby Peanut's face following a doctor's appointment that the actress vlogged about on September 29, 2022.
In Jessy's vlog post, "Life Lately," the actress revealed that she's currently six months pregnant. And in a recent doctor's appointment, Jessy said that her doctor assured her that Peanut is doing okay but the purpose of the trip to the doctor just wanted to get a glimpse of their baby.
When they finally saw Peanut in an ultrasound, Luis commented that the baby looks like Jessy, while the actress commented that the baby has Luis' lips.
YOUTUBE/JESSY MENDIOLAIn a later update shot at home, Jessy shared, "Peanut is okay. Peanut is normal. Even after my COVID infection, we're just really grateful kasi si Peanut, strong si Peanut. Normal ang growth niya, normal ang weight niya… Ang importante, healthy siya."
Jessy also added, "Ang daming nangyayari sa buhay namin. Kumbaga, sumasabay siya sa paglaki ni Peanut. Naghahanda kami for a baby shower and we’re moving to a new house."
Jessy briefly talked about the nursery she's planning together with her sister. The actress said that they are planning a floral-themed room for Peanut. "Yung baby room niya matches her name," Jessy revealed. "Nakaka-excite kasi yung mga first few months ang surreal tapos ngayon, okay, totoo na 'to. Nakakatuwa lang na everything is just unfolding in front of me pati tiyan ko."
"I want to devote my time to my family, my husband, and to Baby Peanut," Jessy added. "Mas focused ako sa personal life ko talaga lately. Siyempre, madaming bumps along the way. Of course, nandiyan yung anxieties mo, pero at the end of the day, maganda pa rin yung magdasal ka tapos meron kang partner na susuportahan ka lagi."
