Joshua Garcia, 21, just crossed off one goal on his bucket list: To buy a house for his family.
"Bahay muna ako, kailangan ng matitirhan," he told PEP.ph in a previous interview late last year.
He then added, "Actually, gawa na siya, bibilhin na lang. Sa may QC. Dito kasi, nandito yung trabaho ko e."
On February 23, a house blessing was held for his family home.
The photo showed that the caterer set up in two townhouses, but it was not mentioned if he bought both units.
Julia Barretto also attended the house blessing.
After this (and apart from financing his sister's studies), his next goal is to build his own home: "Tatayo ako ng sarili kong bahay."
In another interview with PEP.ph, he described his dream house as, "Gusto ko magmukha siyang gaming house. Nandun na lahat-may bilyaran, may space para sa mga laruan, 'tapos isang kuwarto na isang buo."
The house's design will be inspired by his trip to Barcelona, Spain, in 2016.
