ICYDK, a handful of today's most popular K-pop idols started their journey in the K-entertainment industry as child actors and actresses. We're adding a rookie K-pop idol to the list and recently debuted in 2022!

A new K-pop girl group called Kep1er made its debut on January 3, 2022, just months after competing in a survival program called Girls Planet 999. These ladies are already well-known among K-pop fans even before their official debut in Kep1er. Some are previously part of earlier girl groups while others are experienced participants in previous survival TV programs. For instance, Kep1er's leader Choi Yu Jin was formerly a member of CLC.

Another notable talent from the recently launched K-pop group is Kang Ye Seo. Before joining the K-pop scene, Ye Seo already had a couple of acting stints as a child actress! Most notably, she appeared in the famous Korean film Miracle In Cell No. 7. as the daughter of the Chief Police Commissioner. If you can't quite put a finger as to who that is, then perhaps this might help: She's the girl who owns that infamous yellow Sailor Moon bag!
