Yael Yuzon made good on his promise to see Karylle at the altar once again for their renewal of vows. The intimate ceremony happened on March 9, 2024, two weeks shy of exactly ten years after the couple first got married.

When it comes to Karylle and Yael, you have to count on a few things. One of them is Yael bringing some humor as he did a “slow-mo entrance" to the altar.
Another thing you must expect is their unique styling choices. The couples’ ensembles were made by respected fashion designer Jor-el Espina. He’s a favorite of Karylle for her outfits on special occasions and some It's Showtime episodes. Jor-el's creations have also been seen on Piolo Pascual and Jodi Sta. Maria.
Karylle chose a modern Filipiniana dress—it had terno sleeves with woven details. She also wore a pair of Prada Logo-Plaque Slingback Pumps.
Yael’s personality was well-reflected in this modern take on a barong, remixing the popular wedding garb as a bib on top of a black long-sleeved shirt.
The ceremony was held at the Church of the Gesù in Ateneo De Manila University. Both Karylle and Yael graduated from the said university.

Of course, you can’t go to a ceremony like this without being treated to a performance by the two musicians. They lead their guests to sing “Anima Christi” during the mass.
Guests at the ceremony include Karylle’s mom Zsa Zsa Padilla and close friends of the couple Paolo Valenciano and Sam Valenciano. Yael’s brother and former guitarist of the band Pupil, Yan Yuzon was also present.
After the ceremony, the couple shared a lunch with their guests at FUKUI Omakase Restaurant.
