KC Concepcion is making a case about fitness. The celeb has always been an advocate of body positivity, but now that she's back in her game, KC is out there inspiring everyone.
On Instagram, she's been sharing snippets of her gym sessions and her cute gym outfits—basically a glimpse of her fitness journey. And on an IG post yesterday, September 25, she revealed that she's back to doing her fitness routine and she's not doing it for anyone else but herself.
"Do what your future self will surely thank you for," she began in her post, which by the way included her latest pics at the gym and some random snaps she took. She continued, "This year, as I get back to my fitness routine (after years of not doing so), I’m also learning to trust the hand of God in my life."
For her, life will naturally help her determine how it is to achieve the health and fitness she aims for. "What's not healthy for you, and God's plan for you, will simply fall off, leave your energy sphere, and [wither] away…Good riddance! Let Him hear and see the things you don't, and let Him MOVE," KC wrote.
This isn't the first time that KC posted about her fitness routine. Just this September 4, she also posted some gym pics with the caption, "Stronger than yesterday. Healthy mind, peaceful life." Her words felt like she was echoing her mindset nowadays. She also posted a photo that read, "Your best day starts with your best mindset."

KC Concepcion on loving her curves
Along with pursuing that fit and healthy body, KC has long declared that she's someone who's proud of her body shape. KC knew how to handle haters, especially when they were nitpicking her for her body.
In August 2020, she clapped back at negative comments in a lengthy but encouraging Instagram Post. There, she noted how she loves her curves and wouldn't have it any other way.
"Making my Portuguese curves shine everyday...in case someone's been living under a rock, curves are in, curves are NOW, curves are TIMELESS and having this ultra feminine shape?? I wouldn't have it any other way!" she began in the post.
She recalled how she used to be I used to get body-shamed for not having the "Asian stick thin body." KC declared, "Why choose to lock myself up comparing myself to everyone else, when I could be dressing up for these fire feminine hips and that booty (that some girls even pay to have by the way)? Celebrate LIFE. Tomorrow is not promised."
She even added, "Serving you...a FILIPINA with LATINA CURVES. I'm here to celebrate all Filipinas who are like me." You go, girl!
The 39-year-old celebrity has been away from the Philippine entertainment limelight. However, she's been pursuing her international acting career. In fact, she starred in her first Hollywood indie movie, Asian Persuasion in 2023.
