Fantasy K-drama Tale Of The Nine-Tailed is about to come to an end, and although I loved the romance between Ji Ah (Jo Bo Ah) and Yi Yeon (Lee Dong Wook), I must say that the real star of the show—the one who stood out for me—was Kim Bum as Yi Rang. And I'm not just saying that because I've loved him since Boys Over Flowers! In Tale Of The Nine Tailed, Kim Bum plays a half-human and half-gumiho who holds a grudge against his older brother Yi Yeon, but he's a real softie inside. He's also really caring when it comes to his protégé Yoo Ri (Kim Yong Ji).
Tale Of The Nine-Tailed is Kim Bum's first drama after finishing his mandatory military service. More proof that he SIMPLY SHONE in the drama: His character Yi Rang was so interesting, he even got his own spinoff series called The Untold Story Of Tale Of The Nine-Tailed!
