Kim Dong Hee (aka our newest crush) is set to star in his first-ever leading role in new K-drama, Extracurricular. We've come to love and loathe the 20-year-old actor in his previous hit series Sky Castle and Itaewon Class, and from the looks of Extracurricular's trailer, we're going to have those ~conflicting feelings~ towards him as well. Don't know what the show's about? Well, Netflix describes it as an "intense and offbeat drama" that "follows a group of high school students who choose a life of crime and face the dangerous consequences that result from their choices." Ohhh, definitely not your typical high school drama, no?

Before the series drops on Netflix on April 29, let's break down the trailer, shall we? Get ready for a wild ride 'cause here are some major highlights:
With his good-boy looks, we see Jisoo (Kim Dong Hee) as the model student.

But apparently he has a dark secret: He's involved in some sketchy dealings.

His reason? Well, he just wants to love the ~good life~. (Whatever that is, TBH)

We're then introduced to It Girl Gyuri (Park Ju Hyun).

But beneath the perfect exterior, she seems to have major issues with her parents. (Yup, her dad gets "shot" in the head. No biggie.)

She somehow gets involved in Jisoo's operations and becomes his accomplice.

But, of course, this isn't the *brightest* idea. (sighs)

While the trailer doesn't get into detail, a whole bunch of other stuff happens: riots, fights—ya know, typical high school stuff.

These got your heart racing, amiright? Check out the full trailer below for more explosive scenes:
