Do you remember trying on your mom's jewelry when you were a little girl and the rings would slip out of your fingers because they're too big for your tiny hands? Something similar just happened to Kim Tae Ri, but in her case, we're talking about a ring in 18k white gold with round brilliant diamonds—and it costs a whopping $6,800 or approximately P383,000.
Last July 15, Tae Ri was present at the press showcase of her new Korean sci-fi movie Alienoid, which also stars Ryu Jun Yeol, Kim Woo Bin, and So Ji Sub. As the cast was being introduced, the actress raised both of her arms to wave and greet her fans, causing her loose-fitting ring to fly out of her right hand. Flustered, the Twenty Five, Twenty One star immediately set out to find her missing jewelry, causing quite a commotion on stage that was equal parts hilarious and adorable.
The cast of Alienoid wandered around and helped Tae Ri search the premises for the lost ring, much to the audience's confusion. Even Director Choi Dong Hoon seemed to have no idea what was happening. In the end, it was Tae Ri's sunbaenim Ji Sub who saved the day and found her missing piece of precious jewelry. A lifesaver!

Mind you, we're not just talking about your average accessory. If we were in Tae Ri's place, we'd also frantically search for it—after all, it's the True Wide Ring from luxury jeweler Tiffany & Co., for which Tae Ri is one of the brand ambassadors. The band boasts of bold alternating links that feature the letter T traced in striking pavé diamonds. No wonder it comes with a jaw-dropping price tag!

The ring completed Tae Ri's all-black look for the event, comprising of a ribbed v-neck sweater top that slightly exposes her décolletage, a knee-length skater skirt cinched by a wide leather belt, and a pair of strappy heels. Always oh-so adorable!
