K-drama fans, here's your fun fact for today: Did you know that Twenty Five, TwentyOne is Nam Joo Hyuk and Kim Tae Ri's third project together?

Yep, the show's lead stars had previously met years ago for not one, but two different commercials. But here's the thing: They completely forgot about them!

Joo Hyuk and Tae Ri, who play love interests in the ongoing tvN drama, shared during a press conference that they met for the show's script reading thinking it was their first time working together.

The memory came back to Joo Hyuk one day, though, and he immediately reminded Tae Ri about it on set. "When I brought that up to her, she looked so confused that I thought I had made a mistake or something," recalled the actor.

Tae Ri herself couldn't help but laugh at the mishap, saying, "It wasn't even just one commercial. We filmed two television commercials together. But I honestly couldn't remember that either."

In case you were curious, the first one was an ad for KB Kookmin Card and the second was shot for Outback Steakhouse's new menu.

The latter happened in 2016, which was a pivotal year for both actors. Joo Hyuk had just established himself as a rising leading man after the international success of Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo, while Tae Ri was riding off of the recognition brought about by her stellar acting debut in the critically acclaimed film The Handmaiden.
